TikTok has become the most widely used app in the world, and therefore the best option to build communities that are both robust and authentic.
In this dynamic context, we were selected to develop a learning space to teach ways to create entertaining and engaging content for TikTok.
That’s how TikTok Sessions, an educational website, came to life. A place where users can learn how to use the platform step by step, implement best practices and much more.

At the moment everyone wants to be on TikTok and be part of the most entertaining platform. Our challenge was to create a space that was both fun and educational to teach how to combine TikTok tools to create relevant content that connect people.

What we did

We started with the name, feat., which is a call to collaborative work in urban music. We wanted to reinforce the concept and represent the authenticity and diversity of the tools in the platform. We were inspired by the characteristic TikTok swipe to create a brand that is in constant movement. We sought to reflect that concept on the whole identity, from the logotype, which was not conceived as unchanging, to the key messages, combining typography, compositions and animations.

Regarding the visuals, we aligned ourselves with the TikTok brandbook, but adding at the same time innovative resources in order to generate a distinctive impact on the web site and identity. We created a vertical scroll emulating TikTok where each video or Session is placed. The order, subjects and development of those videos was not left to chance. We thought it as a visualization sequence which takes the observer on a brief journey to the heart of the platform and its workings.
