In our day-to-day work, we make sure to maintain visual and narrative consistency across every touchpoint where Mercado Ads connects with its audiences. And AMS was no exception. This time, though, we faced a multi-layered challenge: strengthen the relationship with media agencies, unveil two major announcements about the end of the gap between branding and performance and the launch of Intelligence Hub, and do it through an experience that could be replicated across every Latin American country where Mercado Ads operates, with regional consistency and local sensitivity.

A 360° experience

Our team worked end-to-end to deliver a truly complete experience: from the concept and key visual to educational gamification activations, where playing was, in fact, learning. Every touchpoint at the event spoke the same language, because when consistency breaks down, so does the brand.

It all came together in a regional playbook, ready to cross borders and be brought to life by different local teams. An experience built to adapt to each market without losing its DNA.
