Turning technology into value
Most reconciliation platforms cross-check data and, when something doesn’t match, hand the problem back to the team. Rexi came to change that with a new AI agent that analyzes discrepancies, explains them, and suggests how to resolve them—while the final decision remains with the team. The catch? We had to communicate this to finance departments in the United States—its main target—and Latin America, in a category flooded with automation promises. So we started on two fronts: a messaging framework that translates its value proposition into each ICP’s language, and a video for the big premiere of that agent. The goal? Awareness, adoption, and zero gaps between what Rexi does and what the market understands.
The thrill of navigating the frenzy
Before writing a single line, we studied how the category communicates. With that map, we defined Rexi's positioning, got into the minds of its ideal clients (what they seek, what keeps them up at night), and created the messaging matrix that shaped the script. The big challenge? Showcasing the platform without turning it into a screen demo: true to the product, but with much more flair.
That's where design came in. The gradient Rexi uses for AI became the thread illustrating how that intelligence integrates into every stage of the process. We added dark mode, the category’s code, and the glass effect already present in the platform. The sound guides the journey: from the chaos of chats, clicks, and alerts to the calmness of knowing everything is in order. And the human touch? Everyday life scenes that tell the best part: while the agent works, the team gains time for everything else.
